Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth process. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Period

·       You may return items for a full refund of the original order price within 30 days of receipt.

·       Items returned after the specified return period will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

·       To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. They should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

·       Please ensure that all tags and labels remain intact on the items being returned. We cannot offer full refunds for items where the tags have been removed.

Return Postage

·       Please note that we do not refund the cost of return postage on remorse returns (ie do not fit etc). The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

Lost Items

·       We recommend tracking your returned orders as we cannot be held accountable for any lost items during the return process.

Returns Address

·       Kindly send your returns to the return address on the shipping label. If you have misplaced this, please message and the return address will be given. Also please add a note or the order page, so we can process the return.

Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the stated criteria for a refund. Once approved, we will process the refund for the original order price.
